During the two days, at booth 15B, Vaimoo presented the innovation and potentiality of its flexible and multi-vehicle platform, which uses the power of IoT technologies to deliver more efficient, safe and user-friendly smart mobility services.

VAIMOO hosted the round table ‘Sustainable Micro-mobility: taking the field with BIKESHARE DANMARK, TIER and KOLUMBUS’.

By putting on the same stage some of the most important companies in the sector, VAIMOO’s aim was to provide a wide cross section of the micro-mobility field. Themes such as economic and environmental sustainability and its challenges, intermodal cooperation and cross-sector partnership, and urban micro-mobility have been addressed outlining the best practices to offer efficient services designed for the smart cities of the future.

Moreover, Mr. Matteo Pertosa, Board Of Directors at MERMEC (VAIMOO), also took the Active Mobility stage by presenting ‘Electric Micro-mobility: the affordable and flexible solution for last-mile transportation’. An interesting consideration on the features of last-mile electric mobility (e.g. capillarity, convenience, flexibility) that make it the real opportunity to reduce private mobility.
